Flower and Garden 2026!

The 2026 EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival is officially underway! There will be 20 outdoor kitchens and more than 75 new menu items, but what does that mean for those of us with food allergies? Let’s take a look…

Disclaimer from Disney (and us) 👇

  • Disney goes to great lengths to reduce cross-contact, but cannot guarantee any item to be completely allergen free.

  • Always ask to speak with a chef / Special Diets Trained Cast Member upon arrival any time you are ordering food at Disney.

  • Always ask to review ingredient lists as things change all the time.

  • At the end of the day it is your food allergies, your vacation, and your decision to eat something. If it doesn’t feel right, it’s not worth it.

What Can YOU Eat at Flower and Garden?

⚠️THE FESTIVAL PROTOCOL: Remember these are "Field Kitchens." Prep areas are small so consider extra cross contamination risk. Always ask to speak with a Special Diets Trained Cast Member at the booth window and review the Physical Ingredient Binder.

Let’s go through some potential options you could possibly seek out!

With over 75 new menu items to cover, we are just going to hit some of the “highlights” here. If you click the link below, you will find our recent instagram post with ALL of the allergy friendly options in one place!

📍The Garden Graze

While Disney doesn’t market it this way, the Garden Graze is basically a “food scavenger hunt” designed for people with food allergies. Every food item on this stroll through multiple booths is 100% plant-based. Just look for the 🥕 icon in your Festival Passport!

Menu Highlights:

  • Avocado Toast (BRUNCHCOT): Toasted ciabatta with plant-based "Boursin" cheese.

    • Safe For: Dairy, Egg, Peanut, Shellfish, Sesame, and Soy allergies

  • Potato Pancakes (Bauernmarkt): A classic served with house-made applesauce.

    • Safe For: Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Peanut, Tree Nut, Shellfish and Sesame

📍Northern Bloom (Canada)

“100% plant based” doesn’t mean it works for everyone, we get that. Here are a couple of great wheat/gluten friendly options that can be found at the Northern Bloom in Canada.

  • Beef Tenderloin Tips: With Mushroom Medley and Whipped Potatoes.

  • Seared Scallops: With French Green Beans and Butter Sauce.

    • Allergy Profile: Both are Wheat/Gluten Friendly 🌾.
